“A New Chapter in Gomati’s Development Journey”: Tripura CM Launches Rs 105 Crore Projects

Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated and laid foundation stones for 11 projects spanning healthcare, education, sports, roads and administrative infrastructure in Gomati district

Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Tuesday said a “new chapter” has begun in the development journey of Gomati district after inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for 11 projects worth nearly Rs 105 crore.

Sharing the announcement on social media, Saha said the projects reflect the government’s commitment to creating modern infrastructure for future generations while improving the quality of life of people across the district.

The projects cover key sectors including education, healthcare, sports, roads, administrative infrastructure and other public facilities. According to the Chief Minister, the initiatives are expected to accelerate Gomati’s overall development, create new opportunities and ensure that the benefits of growth reach every household.

“Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in the development journey of Gomati district,” Saha said, adding that the projects have been planned to strengthen essential infrastructure and improve public services.

He further said the state government remains committed to implementing development initiatives under the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with a focus on building a prosperous, self-reliant and developed Tripura.

The projects form part of the state government’s broader push to enhance infrastructure, strengthen public service delivery and promote balanced regional development across Tripura.
