New digital platform simplifies and speeds up approvals for fuel stations, amenities, utilities and private access along National Highways, improving transparency and ease of doing business

New Delhi: Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday launched the upgraded RAJMARG PRAVESH portal to streamline and accelerate the process of obtaining No Objection Certificates for facilities along National Highways.
Developed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the revamped platform enables citizens, businesses and government agencies to apply online for highway access permissions, including fuel stations, wayside amenities, private properties, connecting roads and utility installations such as pipelines, optical fibre cables and power lines.
The new system aims to make approvals simpler, time-bound and transparent, reducing paperwork and improving ease of doing business. Senior officials, including representatives of the National Highways Authority of India, attended the launch.
