‘Royals Cricket on Wheels’ to bring match tickets directly to fans across the city
Guwahati: In a bid to make match tickets more accessible, Rajasthan Royals have introduced a special Rs 1,499 ticket stand for their upcoming clash against Chennai Super Kings in Guwahati.
The tickets will be made available through a city-wide mobile initiative titled “Royals Cricket on Wheels,” which aims to take ticket sales directly to fans at multiple locations. The franchise said the activation will travel across key areas, allowing supporters to purchase tickets on the spot during scheduled stops.
Officials confirmed that tickets under this category are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The initiative is designed to expand access and reach fans who may not be able to purchase tickets online or through conventional outlets.
As part of the first phase, the mobile unit will cover select locations in Guwahati. On March 20, it will be stationed at Guwahati College from 10 AM, followed by Handique Girls College between 1 PM and 3 PM. On March 21 and 22, the activation will move to the Brahmaputra Riverfront, where it will operate from 3 PM to 7 PM.
The franchise has stated that additional stops and timings will be announced in the coming days. Fans have been advised to stay updated through official Rajasthan Royals channels for further details on the route and availability.
